Alex Murrill
Mr. Murrill joined Harris Williams & Co. from ING Corporate Finance where he advised across a broad range of industries including manufacturing and industrials, oil and gas, transport, business services as well as consumer and retail, advising clients on buy and sell side roles including public to private transactions and initial public offerings. Prior to ING Corporate Finance he spent three years with KPMG advising on corporate restructurings.
Mr. Murrill earned a First Class Honors Degree in Economics and French from The University of Nottingham. Mr. Murrill is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Priyanka Naithani
Ms. Naithani joined Harris Williams & Co. following the completion of an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to business school, Ms. Naithani spent seven years in various roles in the high technology industry. Most recently, Ms. Naithani was a Venture Finance Associate at Vela Systems, a software-as-a-service portfolio company of Commonwealth Capital Ventures and GrandBanks Capital, where she worked on strategic positioning and valuation of the company. Previous experience includes work as the Director of Software Development at VoxVue Corporation, a business intelligence and data visualization software company in Boston. Ms. Naithani received a BS with honors in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M university and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
