Turner A. M. Bredrup

Mr. Bredrup founded and runs the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group at Harris Williams & Co. Over a 21-year investment banking career, Mr. Bredrup has worked with middle market and Fortune 100 companies on a wide range of transactions across many industries. Over that time Mr. Bredrup has advised clients on numerous assignments involving domestic and international healthcare and life sciences companies including Boston Scientific, Mallinckrodt, Covidien, Cardinal Health, Genzyme, and HCR Manor Care, as well as many of the most successful private equity groups in the United States.

Transaction experience includes primarily merger & acquisition advisory, as well as initial and follow-on public equity offerings, structured securities offerings, senior and subordinated debt offerings, and debt and equity private placements. Mr. Bredrup earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia. Mr. Bredrup serves on the Board of the St Christopher’s School Foundation and has served on the Board of the Richmond Symphony. He lives in Richmond with his wife and two sons.
