Mr. Dewing began his investment banking career over ten years ago and has advised middle market companies on M&A transactions, private placements, and corporate divestitures across diverse industry sectors.
Mr. Dewing joined the firm in 2006 following the completion of his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Prior to attending Tuck, Mr. Dewing specialized in executing investment banking transactions for middle market companies as an Associate for BDO Capital Advisors and Financial Analyst for Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Dewing began his career in BankBoston's technology group.
In addition to his M.B.A. from Tuck, Mr. Dewing has a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.
