Mr. Hendler is a Director in the Technology, Telecom & Digital Media Group at Harris Williams & Co. Mr. Hendler has extensive experience advising both public and private technology companies on M&A transactions, private placements, and corporate divestitures with a focus on software, SaaS, HCIT, and technology-enabled services businesses. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Hendler worked as an Associate with Quellos Private Capital Markets, L.P., and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst with Broadview International, LLC.
Mr. Hendler earned an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and an A.B., magna cum laude, from Princeton University. Mr. Hendler lives in the Boston area with his wife and two daughters.
