David Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy is a Director in Harris Williams & Co.'s Richmond office and has nearly a decade of experience advising publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of M&A and capital-raising transactions. Mr. Kennedy has worked with companies across a range of industries, including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, business services, healthcare, building products, packaging, and transportation and logistics. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Kennedy was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at Houlihan Lokey.

Mr. Kennedy earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in mathematics and economics from the University of Virginia. Mr. Kennedy lives in Richmond with his wife and four children.
