Mr. Lucas joined Harris Williams & Co. in 2002 and is a senior member of the firm's Energy & Power group, with more than 10 years of transactional experience. Mr. Lucas has advised clients in diverse industries, including energy and power, environmental, industrial, transportation, consumer and retail, and engineering and construction. Mr. Lucas has also worked as an Associate with Graham Partners, a private equity group in Philadelphia.
Previous experience also includes investment banking work with JP Morgan and Robinson Humphrey.
Mr. Lucas earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
