Mr. Reinhart has more than 12 years of investment banking and operations experience focused on the technology industry. He has advised on numerous advisory and capital raising assignments, primarily on the behalf of software companies, including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Reinhart was a Vice President in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Goldman Sachs. Additional experience includes technology investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Alex. Brown, and J.P. Morgan, technical sales at Powersoft Corporation and Business Objects, and systems engineering at Electronic Data Systems.
Mr. Reinhart earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, and he earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. Mr. Reinhart lives in San Francisco.
